Hi!

This is my most favourite time of year, so I'm already so excited for whatever you're going to create. All these words are just here for inspiration and I don't have my heart set on anything, so if you want to create something that I haven't prompted here, please do!

(Also, I did not expect assignments to go out so quickly, so apologies if you found this letter locked! I've added a few more prompts below, but it's all still just here for inspiration ♥)



General

Fic likes: fics of all ratings, magic and magical realism, fantasy & urban fantasy, myths and legends and fairytales, moral ambiguity, intelligent protagonists, epistolary, shameless tropes, distinctive/atmospheric settings, character studies through action, first times and getting together rather than established relationship, characters having sex long before admitting deeper feelings, mutual pining, competency, swordfights, rain and storms and weather, fancy clothes, crack treated seriously, canon-divergent AUs, hurt/comfort, complicated relationships.

Art likes: art of all ratings, focus on expressions and hands, anything with a sense of movement or emotion, characters doing their favourite thing, wearing their best/worst/favourite/most memorable outfit, reactions to another character or something off-screen, playing with a pet, symbolism, interesting compositions, lighting and shadows.

Porn likes: Vanilla sex and smut that focuses entirely on what the characters are thinking and feeling is always lovely. If you want to include kinks, my favourites include honour/verbal bondage, d/s elements that aren't painstakingly negotiated and both characters are conveniently into, sharing fantasies, crossdressing, sex pollen and other fuck-or-die scenarios, clothed or semi-clothed sex, frottage (especially when desperate and messy), hurt/comfort leading to sex.


Trick & Treat

Treat likes: Everything autumnal. Adventures and mysteries and investigations. Roadtrips. Characters taking care of each other in their own way. Competency, and skills being appreciated. People acquiring and adoring pets. Humour and banter. Domesticity and quiet, peaceful slices of life. Body worship. Silly party games that end in kissing or feelings. Characters doing what they enjoy.

Trick likes: Everything to do with Halloween. Atmospheric horror. Psychological horror. Comedy horror! Finding the light in dark places. Spooky houses. Abandoned places. Creepy trees. Dark spaces full of unknown things. That slow, creeping sense that something is Wrong. Nature moving benignly and deliberately. Plants growing too fast and where they shouldn't. Apocalypse and post-apocalypse. Dystopia. Science/magic gone wrong. Ghosts. Zombies. Eldritch abominations. Lovingly described gore. Characters being injured enough to make things difficult but not enough to stop them surviving. Being stalked by something that may or may not be human. Humans being the real monsters. Monsters being the real monsters. Guilt. Mind-control, manipulation, hallucinations. Time loops revolving around something awful.


DNWs

- Permanent major character death. Like, any named characters from the canon can die, but please bring them back by the end of the story.

- noncon or sexual assault.

Fandoms
I'm generally more excited about the canon setting than AUs, but if you want to drop these characters into Fallen London or Stardew Valley or Silent Hill or a Piranesi-type mindfuck palace, I would eat that up with a spoon.


The Falcon and the Winter Soldier (TV) - Fic (but art treats are more than welcome!), Trick or Treat
Zemo, Sam/Zemo, Bucky/Zemo, Bucky/Sam/Zemo

I can never resist a villain who looks like he's having fun. Anything featuring Zemo will delight me! Here's a few entirely optional prompts:
- What did Zemo do in the day or two between escaping in Riga and waiting for Bucky at the Sokovia memorial?
- I'm a sucker for tropes, so - Time loops! Accidentally bodyswap! Sudden telepathy! The explosion at Nagel's lab is the perfect excuse for some really weird science-gone-wrong.
- Something spooky is happening on the Raft, and Sam and/or Bucky go investigate.
- Something spooky is happening anywhere else, and Zemo is the only one who can help.

Fandom-specific DNW: Bucky being triggered/mentally slipping into "Winter Soldier" mode (but having to fake being the Soldier is fine and wonderful)

A few more ship-focused things that I love:
- Characters being shaved with a straight razor (especially when there's trust issues involved)
- Forced to huddle for warmth
- Undercover as a couple



Galavant (TV) - Fic or Art, Trick or Treat
Madalena

She's unapologetically ambitious and sadistic and manipulative and amoral and clever and uncompromising and materialistic and powerful and I will always love her. I'd adore anything that celebrates Madalena in all her villainous glory, but here's some totally optional prompts if you want them:
- Magic and hedonism and enjoying absolute power. Is life with the DEL everything she hoped it would be? (I am currently picturing the DEL played by Taylor Swift in the Blank Space video, but only if that works for you too!)
- She gets a new castle and/or kingdom to rule over, but there's this pesky plague of ghosts/monsters/bigger evil that she has to deal with first.
- She somehow acquires a pet, and finds herself genuinely adoring it. (Does it eat people? It probably eats people.)

Art prompts: Looking stunning in an incredible outfit. Playing with magic. Seducing someone. Monster fighting. A relaxed moment. Anything full of symbolism.

I do ship her with Isabella (and in totally optional and weirdly alliterative crossovers, Morgana from Merlin and Margo from the Magicians), but gen or Madalena/OCs (especially female OCs) is very welcome!

Stardew Valley (Video Game) - Fic or Art, Trick or Treat
Elliott, Leah, Sandy, Shane

I'd love anything starring any one of these four! Here's a few optional prompts, if you want them:

Treat - Autumn in the valley! Picking apples and blackberries and pumpkins, going for walks through golden forests, sitting by a roaring fire on a cold night, dressing up in costumes or light thrills on Spirit's Eve. For Elliott or Leah, the artistic inspiration they find as the weather and season turns? For Shane, trick or treating with Jas, or discovering how beautiful the world can be when sober? For Sandy, maybe she can go visit Emily for once and get out of the desert?

Trick - Weird things happening on Spirit's Eve! Ghosts and monsters spilling out of the mines, or eldritch things crawling out of the sea, or a haunted carnival rolls into town, or Mr Qi is doing something extra weird and Sandy just has to investigate... anything! Folk horror, gothic horror and creepy takes on video game mechanics are all great.

Art - An illustration of any of the above or just a character portrait in your style would be wonderful!

Gen is always lovely, and ship-wise I'm open to anything! I'm generally more interested in Shane and Elliott with any of the other bachelors (or each other!) and Leah and Sandy with any of the bachelorettes (or, again, each other :D), but I'm happy to see them getting together with any of the adult villagers up to and including Krobus ♥
